For our clients who are also renting on of our chauffeur-driven vehicles, the following are the key terms of our chauffeur-driven, air-conditioned car hire services:

Full payment of your rental fees is required to confirm your booking.

ALL RENTAL RATES QUOTED ON OUR WEBSITE ARE NET OF ALL TAXES.

Please note that all our car rentals have absolutely NO SMOKING policy. Smoking of tobacco, cigarettes, cigars or consumption of illegal drugs inside the rental vehicle is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Violation of this policy will result in additional surcharge fee which will be used to clean up the after-smell.

Use of the vehicles beyond 8:30pm will attract a night crawler surcharge for each hour the vehicle is used beyond 8:30pm (Hourly rates are published for each vehicle listed on our website).

We will provide you with a trustworthy chauffeur with the rental.

You are responsible for cost of fueling the vehicle during your use.

Use of the vehicle outside of its state of operation will attract an additional out-of-town surcharge as indicated on our website for the car you are renting. While traveling out of town, the customer will be responsible for his/her chauffeur’s accommodation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At [Your Limo Service Name], we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all of our clients. To ensure fair handling of cancellations and avoid any misunderstandings, we have outlined our cancellation policy below.

By booking a limousine with us, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.


1. Standard Cancellation

  • Cancellation Period: You can cancel your reservation up to [24-48 hours] before the scheduled pickup time without incurring any cancellation fees.
  • Refunds: If you cancel within the allowed period, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid in advance, excluding any non-refundable fees (e.g., booking fees or deposits). Refunds will be processed within 1 business day.

2. Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations within 24 hours (or the time frame specified in your booking): If you cancel within [24 hours] before the scheduled pickup time, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the total cost of the reservation.
  • Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup: A 100% cancellation fee will apply. This means no refunds will be issued if the cancellation occurs less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

3. No-Show Policy

  • No-Show Fees: If you fail to show up for the scheduled pickup time without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the reservation cost. A “no-show” is defined as when the customer is not present at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time, and we cannot reach the customer after attempts to contact them.

4. Special Events and Holidays

  • Peak Periods: For holidays, weddings, or other special events, we require a minimum of 7 days notice for cancellations.
  • Holiday Cancellations: If you cancel a reservation during peak holiday seasons (e.g., New Year’s Eve, Christmas, etc.), a 50% cancellation fee may apply for cancellations within 48 hours.

5. Modifications to Reservation

  • Changing Dates/Times: You may request changes to the time or date of your booking. Any changes made within 24-48 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the total reservation cost. Changes made after 12 hours may be considered a cancellation, and cancellation fees may apply.
  • Additional Charges: If you modify the booking to request a larger vehicle or a longer duration, additional charges will apply, and you will be notified accordingly.

6. Weather Conditions and Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of severe weather (e.g., excessive rain, flooding) that affects safety and travel, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the service without penalty. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.
  • Mechanical Issues: In rare cases, if the vehicle is unavailable due to mechanical issues, we will work with you to provide an alternative vehicle at no additional charge. If we cannot provide an alternative, you will be entitled to a full refund.

7. Refund Process

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 1 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
